Bringing People Together

Expressing a blend of moving water and wind, the Carroll Creek Kinetic Art Promenade displays the beauty of nature on our beloved Carroll Creek. Starting in 2020, Carroll Creek is now hosting kinetic artwork from regional artisans, bringing dazzling colors and movement to all visitors and residents in Downtown Frederick.
