Sponsors collaborate with regional artisans, brainstorm and agree on specific designs, commission the creation of kinetic art sculptures, display them year around in Carroll Creek, and gain ownership of the sculptures.

Carroll Creek Kinetic Art Promenade contracts for the heavy machinery required to install and remove their kinetic art sculptures, which are inserted into a standardized metal stand (Pyramid) solidly anchored in the creek to withstand the elements. See The Pyramid at Specs & Installation
3.
Carroll Creek Kinetic Art Promenade charges a $500 annual Display Fee per kinetic art sculpture to cover incidental expenses related to the project and for the usage of the Pyramid.
